As per the reddit user TheWiseYoda, "For one second after opening settings on my chromebook this appears". Keep in mind, his Chrome OS version was 51.0.2699 0 dev that is now available through the developer channel.

In the Settings, "Enable Android Apps to run on your Chromebook." has been appeared for one second and there was a check and uncheck option. The option disappeared quickly that means the user could not check the option to see what happened.

Other one was lucky means he were able to check the option under Android Apps. He saw that an another window brings up and says "Google Play store now on your Chromebook". The window also says user can choose from "over a million apps to install and use on your Chromebook." As like the previous one, this window disappeared quickly .
